• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Application refers to Dosi, the software program provided by Us.
• Dosi (referred to as either "Dosi", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to the team behind the Dosi mobile application and website.
• Country refers to: Netherlands.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Dosi application and website.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of Dosi.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This may include:

• Medication names, doses, and reminder times (entered by You for tracking purposes)

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Dosi may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of any purchases You make through the Service.
• To contact You: by email or push notifications regarding updates, reminders for your medication, security updates, or service-related communications.
• To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For data analysis: to identify usage trends, determine effectiveness of our service, and improve Your experience.

4. Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We work with trusted providers such as Apple (for subscriptions), Supabase (for data storage), RevenueCat (for purchase management), and Resend (for transactional emails). They process data only on our behalf.
• For business transfers: in connection with any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition.
• With Your consent: We may disclose Your Personal Data for any other purpose with Your consent.

We do not sell Your Personal Data to third parties.

5. Retention of Your Personal Data

Dosi will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Account Information: retained for the duration of your account plus up to 24 months after account closure.
• Customer Support Data: support tickets and correspondence retained for up to 24 months.
• Usage Data: application usage statistics retained for up to 24 months. Server logs retained for up to 24 months for security monitoring.

When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data.

6. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed in the Netherlands and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Our servers are primarily located in the European Union (Frankfurt and Stockholm).

Where required by applicable law, We will ensure that international transfers of Your Personal Data are subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You can delete Your account directly within the app by tapping Sign Out in your Profile settings, which clears all locally stored data. You may also contact Us at support@dosiapp.app to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Data.

Please note that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

8. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, Dosi may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted databases, and Row Level Security to protect Your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us at support@dosiapp.app.
