Terms of Service

Welcome to Dosi. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dosi mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Dosi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our app, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dosi. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Dosi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The Service is designed to help you track and remember your medications and supplements. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement.
• Do not rely solely on Dosi reminders for critical medications. We are not responsible for missed doses or any health consequences resulting from use of the Service.
• In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not use Dosi for emergency communication.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Promptly update your account information when it changes.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@dosiapp.app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Dosi Pro

Dosi offers a premium subscription tier called "Dosi Pro" with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's standard terms.

5.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Dosi Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged at the regular subscription rate. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not directly process refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Dosi are the exclusive property of Dosi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into Dosi. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@dosiapp.app or by using the Sign Out feature in the app, which will also delete your locally stored data.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dosi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
